Cold, wet weather? Never fear – there’s plenty of places to let the kids run wild without getting frozen. Here are 5 attractions to keep you active and warm!.

1. Attractivity, Alexandria (for 3+ right through to teens)

It’s Sydney’s newest attraction offering 6 different play zones from Dodgems, Climbing Arena, Ten Pin Bowling, Scare Factory Maze and a shooting gallery – AND they’re offering half price entry this weekend so everyone can try it out.

2. Skyzone, Alexandria (Best for 3+)

Let off some serious energy at this enormous trampoline park – hundreds of connected trampolines and foam brick pits that literally allows you to jump off the walls.

3. Kid Friendly Museums (all ages + babies & toddlers)

All kids now go FREE to the Powerhouse Museum (Ultimo) and the Australian Museum (City). It’s a bargain day out that will knock at least 3 hours off your day. Both these museums offer fantastic spaces for toddlers too. Check out Kidspace at the Australian, and find everything from the Wiggles exhibition to incredible themed rooms at the Powerhouse.

4. Imax (best for 4 years +) City

Go large, really large with a thrilling visit to the Imax cinema in Darling Harbour. What’s more kids can see a variety of great documentaries every weekend for FREE until 27th Sept. See what’s on here.

5. Wannabees (Toddlers +), Northern Beaches
