Yoganic is a friendly, boutique Yoga and Pilates studio in the heart of Willoughby, offering small group classes. They offer Slow Flow Yoga, Fast Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer as well as pregnancy and postnatal classes. Yoganic has the largest offering of specific pregnancy and postnatal classes on the North Shore.

The Yoganic team are highly trained and passionate about working with mums. The warm and friendly instructors guide you through each class, providing cues to help you follow along with ease. Not only do they get to know your body – they get to know you. They are there to help you relax from your busy day, go with the flow of life and remind you of your unique strengths. Yoganic also work closely with local physiotherapists if you are needing a little extra guidance in your return to exercise after having a baby.

Classes For Pregnancy
Friendly classes that help you to connect with yourself and your growing baby. Yoganic offer Pregnancy Pilates Mat, Pregnancy Pilates Reformer and Pregnancy Yoga.

Classes For New Mums
Classes to help you reconnect with yourself, your baby and other like-minded women. Yoganic offer day-time classes you can bring your baby along to, including Mums and Bubs Pilates Mat, Mums and Bubs Pilates Reformer and Mums and Bubs Yoga. There are also (mums only) evening and weekend postnatal classes including Postnatal Pilates Reformer and Postnatal Pilates Mat.

Classes For Me Time
Flexible timetable so you can come during school hours, in the evenings or on weekends.

Kids and Family Yoga
Yoganic offer a mums and toddlers yoga + movement class as well as kids yoga courses during the school term. They also have a monthly family yoga class.
